J’ai commencé la photographie à l’âge de 10 ans avec un appareil tout simple. J’ai évolué dans ma pratique bien plus tard, lorsque j’ai commencé à utiliser un Yashica puis un Olympus. La réalisation du livre Paris Tonkar, ma contribution au magazine 1Tox puis mon long séjour séjour au Moyen-Orient ont été les trois périodes où j’ai acquis la technique et l’art du cadrage sans oublier la lumière. La pratique de la bande dessinée et mes incursions dans le cinéma m’ont également servi à appréhender cet art autrement… Je réalise régulièrement des reportages pour les différents magazines auxquelles je collabore ; je travaille aussi sur divers sujets qui se concrétiseront un jour en livre ou en expositions.
I began photography at the age of 10 with a simple Kodak I improved in my practice much later when I started using a Yashica and Olympus. The realization of Paris Tonkar book, my contribution to 1Tox magazine, and my long stay living in the Middle East have been three times when I acquired the technique and art of framing without forgetting light. The practice of comics and my different jobs in the film industry have also helped me to understand photography differently … I regularly produce reports for various magazines that I work and I’m working on a variety of topics that will be realized one day in a book or exhibitions.
